Making Ragi Mudde in Steps by Nisha Baliga Shenoy

In my previous article on Ragi Mudde and Massoppu, I had briefly explained how to make Ragi Mudde. Here, I have displayed step by step pics to show how to make ragi mudde. Ragi flour is easily available in the market. Other ingredient you require is water.
Making Ragi Mudde step by step
Ingredients:
1 Cup Ragi flour
2 Cups of water

Method: 

Boil the water in a pan. Sprinkle little ragi flour. 
Add the remaining raggi flour. Let it rest for a while.
When bubbles appear on the sides, with a rolling pin stir the flour in the water well.
This forms a dough.
Let it cook for few minutes, the mash the dough with the rolling pin to see no lumps are formed.
Switch off the flame. While still warm, moisten your palms with water and make balls from this dough.

Serve with curry(Saaru) of your choice.

I have had it only once when pachi made this..... This looks Perfect!
